In other words, we increase process efficiencies; gather detailed requirements, both business and technical; and project manages the solutions. We’re also adept at helping companies determine the right methodologies they should implement, including System Development Life Cycle (e.g, RUP, UML, XP), Project Management (e.g., PMI), etc., based upon their needs, versus what our competition typically does which is to have the client change their business to fit a methodology that may not be right.
